The Board Skills Series provides boards with key aspects to consider relating to their oversight accountabilities and the ongoing assurance they are required to provide. The primary aim of the interactive series is to equip board members with the questions to ask to some of today’s critical corporate matters. It also provides management teams and functional experts with an overview of the issues that are keeping members of their governing body up at night.
